Refund policy

Effective Date: 08/01/2023


1. General Statement

All sales made at BearDrips.com are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.


2. Order Confirmation

Please review your order carefully before confirming and completing payment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is final.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide order details and photos of the issue to Support@BearDrips.com.

After we verify the issue, BearDrips will either:
    •    Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
    •    Issue a store credit for the impacted item(s).


4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows an item was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your package is lost in transit, contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the carrier and help with a replacement or store credit once confirmed.


5. Store Credit

When issued, store credits have no expiration date and can be used for any purchase on BearDrips.com.


6. Exceptions

Certain items (e.g., personalized, made-to-order, digital files) may be non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These will be clearly stated on the product page.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

A chargeback after our refund and credit policy has been declined undermines our efforts to resolve issues. We reserve the right to dispute any unwarranted chargebacks.
