Shipping & Pickup Options (FAQ):

When can I pick up my bear? Bears require 24-48 hours to dry. You can pick up your masterpiece in-store within 2 weeks of your session during these hours:
- Tuesday–Friday: 12 PM–7 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM
  (Unclaimed bears may be donated after 14 days.)
Can I have my bear shipped? Yes! Shipping is $5 per bear within the USA. Your bear will be shipped once fully dry (typically drys within 48 hours post-session).
